She said she’s definitely buying the DVD and the soundtrack both!
One review she read of it (I think, at Television Without Pity) described it as cheesetastic and discolicious.
As we were watching it, after the dancing queen scene, she asked me what I thought of it - I said that scene was …gratuitous
On the whole, even I thought it was a cute movie.
Rubi and everyone she knows who saw it all say they can’t believe Pierce Brosnan’s singing was so bad. I give him props for singing, even when he doesn’t have a perfect voice.
