Short break
My sister Andrea is visting from Boise with her two boys, River and Gabriel. Though we talk on the phone almost every Friday, we have not been together for two years! My youngest sister Marni has also come up from Coeur d’Alene with her two boys. Needless to say, we are over-run with testosterone! We are spending our days at the park, the lake, and Grandma and Papa’s house. I’ll be back to blogging this weekend sometime.

August 17th, 2007 at 4:16 pmJust a quicky note, I have been browsing through the blogs listed in the blogroll on ~guilt-free homeschooling~ (as this is my first actual real yr of homeschooling, ( HALLELUJAH!)I have naturally spent more than a yr researching it prior to committing full time, commitment happened after I read a book called A Thomas Jefferson Education, by Oliver DeMille) & have spent quite some time reading through your blog ~ I love it! One of your posts, on Marrying Libraries, had me rolling on the floor laughing!! This reminded me so much of my husband & I that I have decided that first thing tomorrow I shall have to see if my library has the book. We at our home are also book fanatics ~ we have over 10 bookshelves in our home, and every one has a personal shelf in their room too ( & we are talking 5 kids and my husband & I), and well, we still seem to have an excess of books! At any rate, I wonder if you would mind if I linked you to my blog? Thanks, and take care ~
