Magic
Josiah and I were sitting in the living room yesterday morning, putting on shoes and getting ready to head out the door for my Ladies’ Bible Study. He asked me how many days it was until his birthday. Well, his birthday is November 14th, so I responded with “over 100″. Then I said, “Josiah, you’ll be four on your next birthday.” He looked at me, wide-eyed, and said, “Mommy, how do you know that?” If only they were always impressed so easily!
See now I would have seized the moment and really impressed him with all of my counting and recitation abilities!! (You know, the ABC’s and 123’s!)
